The advantage of a completed house is that you can start renovations and move into the new apartment immediately after purchase, as soon as you finish the renovation.
However, prices for such apartments are higher compared to similar ones at the excavation stage, and the selection is significantly smaller because most apartments have already been sold.
Taking as an example specific residential complexes in the Tairovo microdistrict, we selected a number of objects where developers simultaneously offer apartments in completed buildings, in those that will be completed soon, and in those where an apartment can be purchased at the excavation stage (1-3 years before the building is completed).
These are the complexes: Altair 3, Kontinent, Akvarel 2 and 8.
Let's see how the prices per square meter of housing differ in the same residential complexes at different stages of construction or when the buildings are put into operation.

For comparative analysis, we took a typical one-bedroom apartment of 43 sq m on an average floor in the Altair 3 Residential Complex.
As can be seen from the table, if you buy an apartment 9 months before completion, your savings will be 14% compared to a similar apartment at the stage of house completion, and if 18 months before, then 20%.
That is, the average increase in apartment price will be 1% per month.
If speaking in monetary terms, buying an apartment from the developer in a building that will be completed in 1.5 years can save you $7,095 USD.
