Purposes of processing

We process personal data to respond to inquiries, provide consultations on new developments, operate site features (favorites, ratings), improve the service, and analyze traffic.

Data we collect

  • Ask a question forms: name, phone, message text — to handle your request and pass it to the Planfix CRM.
  • Sign-in via Google, Facebook, or Telegram (favorites): email (Google and Facebook), name, username (Telegram), provider ID, avatar URL — to create an account and sync favorites.
  • Favorites: linking your account to selected developments and layouts — stored in the site database.
  • Development ratings: development identifier and selected score.
  • Technical visit data: IP address, visit time, browser settings, operating system. We cannot identify visitors from this data alone.
  • Essential cookies: CSRF token, auth session, language preference — for security and site operation.
  • Analytics and advertising services (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Binotel): cookies, IP address, on-site events, device and session parameters.
  • Browser localStorage: recently viewed developments — stored only on your device and not sent to the server.

Legal basis

Personal data is collected and processed with your voluntary consent and in accordance with Ukrainian personal data protection laws.

Storage, correction, and deletion

Third-party sharing

We share data with: Planfix — form lead processing; Google — Google OAuth sign-in; Meta (Facebook Login) — Facebook sign-in and advertising (Meta Pixel); Telegram — Telegram Login Widget sign-in; Google Analytics — traffic analysis; Binotel — call widget and call tracking. Provider policies: policies.google.com, facebook.com/privacy/policy, telegram.org/privacy, binotel.ua. Other sharing occurs only when required by authorized public authorities under law.

Children's data

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child submitted personal data without your consent, contact us at [email protected]. Minors may not submit personal data without parental or guardian consent.

Use of cookies

We use essential cookies (language, form security, session) and analytics/advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Binotel). Fresco is an information service about new developments in Odesa. We are not a developer, apartment seller, or party to a purchase agreement. The site helps compare developments, layouts, and purchase terms.

Accuracy of information

Prices, availability, completion dates, and promotions come from developers and partners and may change without notice. Site content is not a public offer. Confirm terms with the developer or a Fresco manager before purchase.

Rules of use

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. Automated data collection (scraping), actions that disrupt the site, unauthorized access attempts, and malware distribution are prohibited.

Google account

Google sign-in is optional. You are responsible for your Google account security. To delete favorites or your site account, email [email protected].

Intellectual property

Texts, photos, logos, design, and other site materials belong to Fresco or rights holders. Copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. Fresco is not liable for user decisions, developer actions, third-party site content, or indirect damages from using site information.
