Business class provides greater flexibility for maneuverability - up to 8 apartments per floor and from 13 floors in the building. Such residential complexes should be located close to the city center, with an area of at least 40 m2 per resident, have individual planning, facade decoration and common areas, good technical equipment, parking of no less than 1 space per apartment, ceiling height of no less than 2.7 m, presence of balconies, loggias, terraces. Convenient transport interchange is necessary. For such buildings, the social status of neighbors is also important.
