Park Avenue belongs to the category of “slender” buildings, with a width-to-height ratio of 1:15. Such elegant structures always require special solutions for reinforcement and protection against wind loads.
In this case, the architects divided the building into six sections vertically, placing technical floors with powerful beams between them.
From the 1st to the 16th floor in Park Avenue are the lobby, restaurant, shops, offices, and fitness center. The underground level is for an automated garage. And the very first apartment is located at a height of 100 m!
The luxurious calling card of the apartments in this building is a huge 3x3 m window with a perfect windowsill-bench, from which an incredible panoramic view opens up.
It is interesting that, despite the high number of floors, the kitchens are equipped with gas stoves, and the penthouses even have gas fireplaces. Moreover, the giant is equipped with a garbage chute.

Currently, only one apartment is for sale, located at a height of 104 m and occupying the entire floor area (751 sq.m.).
The apartment costs $28 million, which is $37,300 per sq.m! The building's location dictates such price levels, as it is situated in the billionaires' quarter!
