On the map of new buildings in Odessa, new names constantly appear. New buildings in the Malinovsky district are no exception and already known and constantly expanding residential complex '7-e nebo' faces competition from residential complex 'Artville'.
Both of these complexes are located near the industrial market 7 km, super- and hypermarkets, but how do they differ?
ЖК «7 небо» - this is the first new building in Odessa that offers apartments with standard finish and partially with furniture.
Finishing includes the following elements:
- stretch ceiling,
- laminate flooring in the room,
- tiles on the floor in bathroom and kitchen,
- facing of bathroom and also the kitchen work wall,
- wallpaper on walls and built-in kitchen,
- in the kitchen – built-in gas cooktop, mixer and sink,
- sanitary fixtures in the bathroom (washbasin, mixer, toilet, bathtub).
The residential town project is located on 25 hectares of land. In ЖК «7 небо» more than 5 thousand people already live, and in the next 5 years it is planned that another 15 thousand people will find their home here. Currently, the 10th construction queue is for sale.
Apartment sizes start from 31 sq.m (one-bedroom), besides there are two- and three-bedroom options. The infrastructure of ЖК «7 небо» is quite diverse: shops, beauty salons, pharmacies, cafes, on the internal territory – a promenade alley, fountain and sports playground.
Number of parking spaces – 500, as well as parking spots at the entrance, which is insufficient for ensuring normal functioning of the complex.
Overall, construction of the residential complex proceeds according to schedule, and some queues were even handed over earlier than announced.
ЖК «Artville», located territorially in the same district as ЖК «7 небо», offers its residents apartments with finishing, but here it is presented in three modifications.
In accordance with the general plan, this town consists of 22 houses, which in turn are combined into four quarters named after great impressionist artists. «Diana», «Monet», «Vincent» and «Gustav». Facades of houses in each quarter are designed in the color scheme of paintings characteristic of each artist, entrances are decorated inside with copies of the artists' paintings, and in some apartments paintings are present as decorative elements.
Apartments in the «Diana» quarter assume standard finish, quarters «Monet» and «Vincent» – comfort finish, and «Gustav» – luxury finish. Differences between finishing options will be in the quality of materials used.
