The structure is a monolithic‑frame system with walls of efficient ceramic brick and keramoblock, insulated with stone wool and a wind‑breaker from Rockwool. The façade employs a vertical greening system using evergreen, coniferous and climbing plants. Apartments are fitted with Schüco aluminium windows with energy‑saving double glazing, water filters, electric BOSH boilers and heat meters; two Otis lifts serve the building, which also includes polypropylene sewage with noise protection and autonomous heating from the rooftop gas boiler.
